Terms of Use

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Soccer Max ("we", "us") for the Soccer Max app and this website. By using the app you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); these terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's EULA wins.

1. Who can use Soccer Max

You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

2. Subscriptions and payments

3. Train safely

Soccer Max gives general training ideas, not medical advice. Exercise has risks. Warm up, train within your limits, use a safe space, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition or injury. You train at your own risk.

4. Teams and chat

Be respectful. Don't post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal, or anyone's private information, and don't spam. Don't impersonate other people. Team owners and we may remove messages or members, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules. To report a message or player, email support@soccermax.app. You're responsible for what you post; you let us store and show it to your team so the feature works.

5. Our content

The app's drills, animations, videos, text and design belong to Soccer Max or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal training only — no copying, reselling or redistributing. Club names, crests and player names belong to their owners and are used only to describe real games and players; Soccer Max isn't endorsed by them. Player photos are credited in the app under their own licenses.

6. Match information

Matchday breakdowns are recreations made from match data. They may not match the real game exactly.

7. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries that happen while training, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. We may end access if you break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Soccer Max is based, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
